Tulile, whose true name is Jose Manuel Rivera, was born the 8 of October of 1976, in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. As early as eight years of age, he got involved in the musical inclination. In its home and the houses of the neighbors, he used to sing the songs that were fashionable in that era, causing good impression. "That nino is going to be a good singer when he grows up".
"Beloved God that he dedicates himself to the music, like its father, because it's obvious he's going to be a star".
He has a very pretty voice and vocation by music. These and other commentaries were listened to in the neighbourhood where lived Tulile, that delighted to all the people when he intoned a song. The father of Tulile, Jose Rivera, recognized mucisian, who was a member of the orchestras of Cuco Valoy, Jorge Solano and others, when noticing its restlessness, he oriented him and offered him his support, simultaneously that he tought him to play the saxofon.

After that he unided with Ramon Orlando itself and the international orchestra. In these merengueras orchestras, Tulile left tracks imborrables, due to its potential and disciplines. "Those stages were wonderful", says Tulile sincerely.
"I must be thankful to him to all those groupings, because they were species of schools, where every day is learned. But one always looks for to surpass itself and to throw forwards, reason why it chooses to send to me with my own project.
Thanks to God, the results are being favorable. The experience he acquired in the orchestras that he was in, has served a lot to me ".
In 1999, Tulile records his first production like solist. In the 2000, he sends another album, endorsed by seal TM & I SAW Record, whose subject "the Pretty one", with that they initiated the radial promotion, has been a forceful success, appearing in the first different places of hits parades, as much of Dominican Republic as of other nations. As much seal TM & I SAW Record, like the company of Vidal Cedeno, have disined a work plan to fortify the image of Tulile, to whom define as "a carismatico and talented artist, that it comes to contribute with the height of the tropical musica, specially merengue".
