Fue mandado a construir por el Emperador Diocleciano, que lo usó como residencia de verano y posteriormente como mausoleo. Actualmente el Palacio del Diocleciano de Split es uno de los templos romanos mejor conservados que nos podemos encontrar en Croacia y en Europa. La Costa Dalmacia esconde tesoros como este, no deje pasar la ocasión de visitarlos. |
