L'annuncio ufficale che tutti aspettavamo viene diffuso dai media. Il Greatest Hits Tour chiamato "Kylie Showgirl", il piu' imponente della sua carriera, iniziera' a Glasgow (Scozia) il 19 di Marzo 2005 e dopo essersi spostato in Europa terminera' a Londra in Maggio 2005.

Primo passaggio radiofonico per il nuovo singolo "I believe in you" in Australia. Comincia la promozione radiofonica in Australia.

Kylie infrange i precedenti record di vendita dei box office britannici per le sue date del greatest hits tour "Kylie Showgirl", con una domanda tale da fare andare in tilt le linee telefoniche londinesi. I biglietti sono andati esauriti in due ore. Gli organizzatori immediatamente annunciano altre sei date alle quattro gi a' pianificate. Gli organizzatori della Earl's Court arena dicono che sono abituati a vendere velocemente i biglietti per artisti come Madonna o Elton John ma Kylie sembra essere la piu' veloce.

The official announcement we all were awating for is spread by the media. The Greatest Hits Tour called "Kylie Showgirl", the biggest of her career, will open in Glasgow (Scotalnd) the 19th March 2005 and after moving to Europe it will end in London in May 2005.

First radio play for the new single "I believe in you" in Australia. Radio promotion begins in Australia.


18/OCT.
Kylie smashes British box office sales records for her Greatest Hits tour "Kylie Showgirl", with demand for her UK leg of the tour crashing London telephone lines and tickets selling out in two hours. Promoters immediately announces another six concerts dates to the four already scheduled. Earl's Court arena promoters say that they are used to sell tickets fast for music artists like Madonna and Elton John but Kylie seems to be the fastest.


19/OCT.
First radio play for the new single "I believe in you" in United Kingdom and Germany. Radio promotion begins in these countries. In U.K. Kylie makes special appearance for the premiere of the new single at Radio Capital on "The Breakfast Show" with special interview. (see picture above)

Il nuovo video che si basa su effetti luce e' certo di dare alle releases la spinta finale per conquistare i mercati europei. Dopo la bellissima performance ai Nordic Music Awards le prime date promozionali per i mercati principali sono state confermate e annunciate.

The new video for I believe in you had its worldwide premiere on U.K. music channel "The Box" yesterday 30th October. The lights effects new video is sure to give to the releases the final push to break the european markets. After the amazing performance at the Nordic Music Awards first dates for the european promo have been confirmed and announced for the "main" markets.

To celebrate Ultimate Kylie, the new Kylie greatest hits out on 22nd November, the Fanclub is arranging several special initiatives. One of these is a contest with "exquisite" prizes.

To win and collect the special Kylie prizes, you have to predict several Ultimate Kylie and I believe in you chart results. Each right prediction you'll make will give to you some points. Ieri Kylie si è esibita con un'eccezionale performance di I Believe in you ai Nordic Music Awards (Oslo).

Kylie Showgirl Tour - Fanclub Meeting Update

These have been very thrilling days for all Kylie fans following news regarding the new tour and first days of tickets sales started. This monday Kylie breaks concert venues records for quickiest selling artist in their history and phones lines collapsed due to the amount of phones calling.

Differently to the Money Can't Buy show this time Kylie Management did not give any tickets to the Kylie sites or fanclub, at least for now. All the concerts tickets for the upcoming UK tour in 2005 are seats and in this case considering the general situation written above it is now clear it is too difficult for everybody to get good seats places and at a good price.


But, we remember to everyone that as comunicated the Paris date is confirmed and fanclub will be there to join the event!!!

The Paris Bercy venue is one of the best in the world to enjoy music and french people have been always very warm at Kylie concerts, so we will have a marvellous experience that day!!! Next week Paris tickets should go on sale and in this case general standing floor tickets are available, so probably to get tickets will be more easy and not so expensive. Kylie fanclub stuff and other fans have already booked their tickets for this date in pre-sale. (This is the reason why the ticket was a bit expensive).

Kylie Showgirl Tour - Fanclub Meeting Update



Questi sono stati giorni molto frenetici ed elettrizzanti per via delle prime news ufficiali sul nuovo tour e per i primi giorni di messa in vendita dei biglietti. Questo Lunedì Kylie ha battuto records per la velocita' con cui si sono venduti i biglietti e le linee telefoniche sono andate in tilt per via delle numerosissime chiamate.

A differenza del Money can't buy show il management di Kylie non ha dato biglietti ai siti di Kylie e al fanclub almeno per ora. Per la tournee' in UK tutti i posti nelle arene sono a sedere e considerando la situazione difficile spiegata sopra, appare evidente che e' molto problematico riuscire ad avere dei buoni posti per tutti e ad un buon prezzo.

Ma ricordiamo a tutti che la data di Parigi e' confermata e che il fanclub sara' li per "godersi" l'evento!!!


La "venue" di Parigi, il Bercy Palasport, e' una delle migliori al mondo per assistere ad un concerto e i fans francesi di Kylie sono tra i piu' caldi, quindi non ci sono dubbi sul fatto che avremo una meravigliosa esperienza. La prossima settim ana i biglietti per Parigi dovrebbero andare in vendita e questa volta ci sono i biglietti in piedi con entrata generale nel parterre di fronte Kylie.
Questa volta i biglietti dovrebbero essere piu' facili da acquistare e meno costosi. Lo staff del Kylie fanclub e altri fans hanno gia' acquistato i biglietti per questa venue in pre-vendita. (Questa e' la ragione perche' il biglietto e' costato abbastanza).

Per piacere, fateci sapere le vostre idee e comunque fateci sapere se volete partecipare per organizzarci al meglio. Faremo il possibile per aiutarvi.

Carissimi fans per questo fantastico Tour di Kylie, il sito Italiano ed il Fan Club si riuniranno in due Venues: la prima a Parigi Bercy lunedì 28 Marzo 2005, e la seconda a Londra per la prima data (TBC in attesa posti standing). A voi la scelta della località che preferite, oppure perchè non farle entrambe? ;-)

Vivere questo concerto tutti insieme sarà un'esperienza a dir poco unica ed indimenticabile! Avremmo piacere che ci fossi anche tu!
Lo staff del Sito Italiano ed il Fan club sarà presente in entrambe le date.

Il Greatest Hits verra' lanciato da un singolo intitolato "I believe in you" in uscita il 6 Dicembre.

"dal mio primo hit, non riesco a credere come il tempo sia trascorso cosi velocemente. Questa collection mi è molto cara e racchiude in se molti ricordi. Non c'è nulla come il tempo che riesca a darti una prospettiva e spero che gli ascoltatori lo apprezzino nella totalità ed al di là delle tracce stesse, cosi come ho fatto io.
Mi sento fortunata di aver avuto la possibilità di sperimentare durante gli anni, e che i fans abbiano capito il mio bisogno di approcciare nuove esperienze.

It's officially announced that on 22 November will be released a Greatest Hits called "Ultimate Kylie". It will contain 33 tracks in total with 31 top international hits and 2 new songs : "I believe in you" and "Giving you up".
Greatest Hits will be launched with "I believe in you" wich will get release on 6 December.
